John PenningtonJohn S. Pennington is the founder and President of PCI Associates. He is an educator, trainer, public speaker, and management consultant with experience in continuous improvement and change management implementations and customer support for clients around the world. John has over 30 years of experience in operations management for education and consulting services companies, manufacturing, and distribution operations. With his years of experience in operations, John can assist firms in implementing their continuous improvement processes in all phases of their operations. John has also been a Managing Consultant for IBM Global Services and Client Manager for J. D. Edwards, an Enterprise Resource Planning software company. His operations experience includes holding positions as Vice President of Operations, General Manager, Director of Materials and Production Control, Manufacturing Systems Manager and Plant Manager.

John is a part time adjunct lecturer at the Kelly School of Business, Indiana University, Indianapolis Campus, teaching Operations Management, and has been a guest lecturer at various colleges and universities throughout the mid-west. John is an active member of APICS, The Association for Operations Management, having held various Board of Director positions; Past President, and Director, Central Indiana Chapter; Region XIII (Indiana and Illinois) Past Vice President and current Staff member; and currently serves on the Finance and Audit Committees for the APICS Society Board of Directors.

William Grauf, CFPIM, has helped middle market manufacturing companies achieve desired results through business process improvement and effective selection, implementation and use of ERP software. Bill has over 25 years of industry experience as a Production and Inventory Control Manager, MRP Project Manager, management consultant, and Education Manager. As a Client Manager at two different software firms, Bill managed many client projects that were on-time and on-budget. Bill authored a chapter “Software Implementation” in the 3rd Edition of The Production and Inventory Control Handbook. Bill has spoken a number of times at APICS conferences and Professional Development meetings. Bill has also taught APICS CPIM review courses for several years.
